The cut in C-D/68-70 was taken down to a depth of ca. 80-90cm. The soil in meters C-D/68-9 was yellowish in color and contained heavy concentrations of disintegrated plaster. Only a few small pieces of worn tile were found in this yellow "plaster" layer. The soil inC-D/70 remained dark brown in color and contained many small rocks. Three-quarters of a cassetta of pieces of worn tile and one half a box of coarse pottery were found in the dark brown soil.

A cut was sloe begun in meters E-F/68-70 to a depth of ca. 30-40cm following the downward slope of the hill. The soil here was dark brown in color and included a large number of roots and small rocks. One-half a cassetta of worn tile and one quarter of a box

of coarse pottery were found in the cut.

The cut begun this morning in meters E-F/68-70 was completed to a depth of ca. 35-45cm. The soil was dark brown in color and contained a heavy concentration of large rocks, particularily in the eatern portion of the cut in meters E/F-69-70. One-half a cassetta of worn tile and one quarter of coarse pottery were found in the cut.
