Organics Summary

CB 54 yielded some organics this season. While trimming the western baulk wall of the trench 13 small carbonized balls were recovered. These could possibly be seeds, although further analysis will be needed to securely identify them. They were recovered from the baulk wall and therefore it is difficult to determine which locus they came from and if they are Etruscan or later.

Editorial Note

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
