Work continued at the strip just opened and a few more pieces of cornice were found.  Also a flat terra-

* Only 12.80m were excavated so as not to disturb the agger foundation.

-cotta object which had the shape of a part of a tombstone.  The strip was excavated to a depth of ca 25 cm and then left since the soil was too muddy.  Topsoil was taken off in the direction of the agger.
