Daily Log- 3/7/15
We continued to work in locus 2 . We defined the stump in the northwestern corner. While defining we found a few fragments of tile. No other material is being recovered. 8 pick passes were done in locus 2 after the stump was removed. Rocks range in size from 10-30 cm. They are stacked on more rocks but the long sides of many of the stones are vertical, not unlike some of the bedrock in the area. The soil and rocks are really compacted on each other and difficult to pick through. There is a large stone in the southwestern corner.
2 pick passes were done. No change in soil or finds. The northern, southern, and western walls of locus 2 were baulked. No finds were recovered.

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.
The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
