The trench was extended 2.0m to the east and 2.0m to the west. A thin line of stones, set on edge, curved west for 0.90m and then north for 0.70m. The trench was taken down 0.35m to shaly soil. In the east extension the heavy concentration of stones continued throughout. Less sherds were found.
The trench was taken down 0.30m to shaly, yellowish soil. Stones, not closely spaced, were found only in the northwestern part of the trench and began to curve westward.
The western end of a trench 0.60 X 36.00m, on the same E-W axis as B14, was taken down from 0.05 to 0.40m. (depending on slight rises in the ground) to crumbly, shaly soil. Topsoil was removed in the eastern end. Two pieces of surface tile.
