During the winter dirt had been washed away from the area of the column foundations described on p. 85 .  last year the line(s) of stones that seem to line up between and along these column foundations had been drawn by the architect, but there were gaps at several places.  the strip along these column foundations was cleared to the west and it became clear that there are traces of more column foundations.  A test trench will be opened in order to follow up the line of stones and the column foundations
