The leveling of the L/71-76 and M/71-76 meters continues. Soil in most of this area remains medium brown and contains very little material. Only sporadic tile was found in this soil type today.
However, in the southern portions of L/71-76, the soil shifts to a medium brown soil with heavy plaster inclusions, indicating that this plaster included soil ruts below the nearly sterile medium brown soil. The plaster included soil is full of material such as pottery and large tile fragments.

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.
The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
