Work began picking from east to west across the trench. Soil remains clay-like and heavy. Finding tile, pottery, and some modern materials (plastic).

Ionic Pottery?

Excavation continued excavating in Locus 1 . More tile, ancient and modern was recovered. Some pottery and one piece of bone also.
