Daily Log

Excavation continued in locus 16.  The stone (approximately 15 X 20 X 25 cm.) located in the center of the locus was removed.  Approximately 1 bowl of terracotta fragments recovered and approximately 2/3 latte box of pottery sherds found.  Locus 16 is sloping downwards as it approaches the stone formation.  Some bedrock is appearing on the south side of this locus in the center.  Four special finds were made today.
