Note:  To avoid confusion, the notation of the grids is changed from e.g. 6A to A6.  Thus has been corrected above.  The above fragment designations, though, will not be changed.

An area 2 m wide by 5.50 m long (Grid A1->B6) was excavated through strata B1-B2 and partly into C.  The rest of the trench was cleared through.  Strata B is clearly divided into substrata, B1 comprised of dark earth and rocks, B2 comprised of dark earth.  C is immediately below, a grayish-yellow clay.
