The south and west baulk walls were trimmed. While trimmed a piece of bronze was found. The floor of the trench was sloping up to CB 57 and therefore this area was scraped to level it with the rest of the floor of the trench.

The baulk was trimmed and the ridges between CB 59 and CB 57 were defined, and the loose dirt scraped up. Closing trench elevations and photos were taken from the north and from the east.

Coordinates were taken at 25 cm intervals for the GIS project. While taking coordinates a bronze nail was found on the trench floor (SF #2). The coordinates and elevations will be included in the summaries.
