Bone Summary:

There were several bone fragments found within VT8. There were some teeth, some intact bone and many fragments. The most bone were found in loci 11 and 12. The amount of bone in these two loci could be associated with the possible floor found in VT7, to which level they were dropped to. It is possible, with the natural slope of the hill, that these bones fell from a higher elevation.

Editorial Note

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
