Below the heavy concentration of tiles in sector G-5 -- lay a strata of carbon mixed together with a large quantity of bucchero [see ]. Below this lay the vessel mentioned above [#5 p. 61]. Also in this strata were small pieces of tile.  In sector E-5 at depth c. 1.0m small pieces of bronze continued to apperar mixed among the stones and pottery. A second iron nail occurred in H-6 at depth 1.40m [see p. 57 #19 ]
