Locus 7 was picked approximately 10cm to a depth of 70-100cm bs.  meters 81S 195 and 196E were picked deeper than those in 197E and 198E because of the confined space and presence of rocks.  A few headsize rocks were removed from meter 81S 196E, they appear to be erosional.  1 cassetta of terracotta and half latte box of pottery were recovered along with a flange with the join visitble and a slingstone.  The floor was leveled work began on defining the rocks in Locus 8.

The rock face was trimmed and defined.  One-eighth cassetta of terracotta and 10 pieces of pottery were recovered.  Work continued in Locus 8 to define the rocks.  In locus 8, one-sixteenth cassetta of terracotta and 2 pieces of pottery were recovered.  2 more rocks appeared in the rock pack facing with troweling.

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
