Work began with baulk trim in the I/23-24 meter, the south baulk of the T-6b backfill removal.  Trimming clarified certain aspects of Y-6b.  At this particular point in space T-6b excavstion came down on a large boulder which currently sticks out of the south baulk on the east side.  On the west side the section shows T-6b running at an angle-

While Gantz reports reaching natural soil, it does not appear to have been the case in this part of the trench.  Under

the fill on the west side the soil is clearly a different color and seemingly similar to the medium brown clayey soil in H-I/20-22.  After baulk trim on the north baulk, the issue of the final depth of the trench may become more clear.

No finds.

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
