The baulk walls were trimmed in preparation for the closing of the trench and for stratigraphic section drawings.  While the baulk walls were trimmed, an Italo-Corinthian aryballos fragment (Find #1), a possible hippocamp statue fragment (Find #2) and a loomweight fragment (Find #3) were recovered.

Baulk walls continued to be trimmed.  While trimming baulk walls, a very dark, fairly loose, carbon rich burnt soil began to appear in the NW corner of the trench.  While baulk walls were being trimmed, a chunk of bronze (Find #4) was found.
