separate the two was cleaned. Stones appeared throughout after the dirt was lifted. the surface slopes rather sharply to the E, but there seems to be no doubt that the foundations are completely in place also here.
The cleaning was extended to the E of this wall for aout 2x2 m. At about 1 m from the E edge of the wall a cut-out was found and a small bucchero head.
So far 1 box of tiles and 2 strawberry cartons of sherds have been collected.
