A 30 cm cut was taken in meters A:B/10. This brought the level down to 85 cm from the southern baulk. 1/2 a latte box of pottery and a ull cassette of tile fragments were found in these meters, as well as a fragment of a large pithos rim. inds from these meters include a wing akroterion fragment and a fragment of an incised cover tile.
A 25 cm cut was taken in meter C/6 and a 15 cm cut was made in meter C/5. These cuts brought meter C/6 to 92 cm and meter C/5 to a depth of 82 cm from the southern baulk. 1 tall latte box of pottery and a cassette of tile came from these two cuts. The soil is loose and grayish-brown in these meters.
The 30 cm cut in A:B/10 was continued into meters A:B/9. 1/2 a latte box of tile and 1 full
cassette of tile came from these meters. Two fragments of tile with incisions were also found in these meters. There was no change in soil color or texture.
Meter B/8 was also taken down 30 cm. Only 1/3 a latte box of pottery and 1/2 a cassette of tile fragments came from this meter.
