Description Spoon fragment preserving most of recessed bowl with upward-curving tapered edges which become a curved moulding below area for attachment to handle. In center of moulding, on central axis of bowl, a recessed circular hole for insert of different material. Bowl ends in a rectangular carved base for the handle attachment which consists of square ivory dowel set in circular hole.
