Description Ridge pole tile fragment is roughly triangular. The shortest side preserves a finished edge, which is decorated with a notched ridge. The second side also preserves a notched ridge, but it is not as high. The corner formed by the two decorated edges is chipped off and a crack runs diagonally from the corner to the longest side, which is broken. The notched unfinished edge marks the central part of the ridge pole tile and its highest point.

Editorial Note

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
