Description Fragment of a molded bucchero handle preserving part of a form of a winged frontal woman clutching two long tresses of hair in her hands; these tresses are separated by incision down center; arms appear bent; below this relief is portion for attachment to vessel decorated only by a central ridge; other surface of handle is pitted but contains no decoration.
Fabric Description Bucchero, fired dark brown to black.
