Description Locus 12 lies below Locus 9 and is to the east of Locus 11 in the 1x5 meter extension. The locus stretches from the eastern baulk wall approximately 2 meters. The soil within is dark brown with stone inclusions. In the northeastern corner two medium-sized stones with tile surrounding them extend into VT-8 from VT-7. The soil was full of materials. It appears to be part of a floor surface that extended from the southern part of a wall in VT7.

Editorial Note

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
