Condition The surface is worn and scratched. The edges are irregularly broken, pitted, and encrusted.
Description The worked bone fragment preserves a polished surface incised checkerboard with nine preserved squares, each approx. 0.003 m in diameter. To one side of the checkerboard is a series of five incised lines radiating diagonally from the end of the checkerboard. The back of the bone is slightly polished.
