|Description||From the top view the fragment is square with one broken corner. The top surface swells from three sides into a rounded knob. The fourth side is irregular and preserves the thickness of the knob in its profile. This side had a finished edge along the slope of the knob, which tapers to a notch at the top and then resumes on the opposite slope, which is chipped off. The notch spreads out into a triangular surface with grooves running on the undersides of the finished edges. The bottom surface preserves a large, circular chip with areas of slip surrounding it.|

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.
The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
