Description Locus 16 was the soil mostly overlaying the linear stone packing in T-57. In the southwestern corner a clear delimitation between the stone packing and soil became clear. Most of the finds came from this southwestern corner, almost nothing was found over or inbetween the stones. No dateable artifacts were recovered, however tile, pottery and bone were found. This is a contextualized layer. This locus is equivalent with locus 2 and 7.

Editorial Note

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
