Condition Restored from five fragments. All surfaces are pitted, worn, and encrusted; numerous large inclusions.
Description A fragment from a cover tile preserves the complete width with portions of two, finished, longitudinal edges. One edge bears a deep groove down the center, creating two ridges. The interior surface has numerous shallow depressions, possibly fingermarks.
