Condition Single fragment borken on both edges; preserving part of top and bottom edges; burnt blue-gray; worn and cracked; consolidated.
Description Fragment of a thick, cylindrical object with finished flat bottom edge and on top a slightly raised thin vertical rim; above flat inner surface on top edge preserves a section of the inner matrix of the material, and a curved outer surface decorated with incision and carving. Top edge of rim has decoration of thin groove along each edge, with surface between them decorated in a series of alternating raised and recessed square areas. Outer, curved surface has series of borders and relief bands: groove- two staggered rows of raised and recessed squares - two grooves, connected by double raised curved lines; another border of two grooves, two staggered rows of squares - here separated by a thin groove, and two more grooves; another band of staggered lotus patterns - this set of lotuses has more sharp sides and angles than the upper band; bottom border is another set of grooves, staggered squares, and groove, ending at bottom rim.
